What are the features?

How long does it take to implement?
Just a few hours.
Once you decide to sign up for a free trial you can start entering contracts immediately. The system is easy to configure and our customer success team will have you up and running as fast as you can go.
One thing that does typically take time for our customers is the consultation process with their own stakeholders. Typically this is managed by implementing essential features first and having additional project phases to roll-out the system to other departments and business units. Typically this can take a couple of weeks, although some businesses can take a few months. Whatever your situation, we will respect it. We will work with you to ramp-up at the speed which suits you best.
Cloud Service
Where is the cloud-service hosted?
We have multiple locations.
Our services are hosted with Microsoft Azure, which delivers the gold standard globally for reliability and security.
Should you choose to sign-up to our cloud service you will be able to choose from three geographical regions:
1. USA - Located at the Microsoft Azure West US Data Center in San Francisco.
2. UK - Hosted in the Microsoft Azure UK South data center in London.
3. Australia - Hosted in the Microsoft Azure Australia South East data center in Melbourne.
We plan on adding more locations in the near future.
How is it backed up?
We maintain the backups for you.
Onsite backups are being recorded continuously within the Azure data center.
Offsite backups are sent to a georgraphically separate Azure data center every 5-10 minutes. The offsite backups remain in the same country as your service.
Is my data secure?

Microsoft Azure achieves a gold standard in information security. In case you would like to find more about this you can study Azure security here.
The Contract Eagle service is subjected to regular application penetration testing against OWASP standards.
Do you support Single Sign On (SSO) in the cloud?
Yes, via Azure Active Directory.
The Azure AD integration is available with our Professional and Enterprise plans.
On Premise
What is the difference between On Premise and Cloud?
The main difference is Your Server vs Our Server.
The sign-on process is different. On-premise users are able to use automatic Sign-On via your local Active Directory.
What infrastructure do I need?
You will need at least one Windows Server with IIS and Microsoft SQL Server. Normal best practice is to have two servers, with one server hosting IIS and the other server hosting SQL Server, however one server suffices in most cases.
We recommend providing your IT team with a copy of our Buyers Guide document, which includes a network architecture diagram for installation.
Do you support Single Sign On (SSO) On Premise?
Yes, via your local Active Directory.
Which subscriptions support On Premise?
On Premise is available for a Professional or Enterprise plan.
The Essentials plan is only available in the cloud.
Are Integrations available for On Premise?
Yes, integrations work On Premise, although they technically connect to the micro-services with Contract Eagle's cloud platform or, in some cases, directly to the integration server (eg. DocuSign integration connects directly to DocuSign).
You will require an SSL certificate to be able to set up the integrations.
