How the free trial process works

• You download the software and use it, free of charge, for up to 30 days. During this period we want to ensure that your trial process runs smoothly and offer you the following:
  • Free access to our support forums and FAQs.
  • Free support. If there is anything you can not work out then we are here to help you. Please do not hesitate to use your trial customer id to lodge a support request via our direct support form.
• If you like the software you can buy a licence key via our website and activate the software.
  • You can either decide to retain your trial database or create a fresh database.
  • You then have free access to our support forums and FAQs.
  • You will also have the option to sign up for direct support and custom services from the Contract Eagle technical team.
• If you don't want to buy the software you can use our installation assistant to extract your contract data. You can then uninstall the software and load your data into another system. If you feel inclined we'd really appreciate your time to give us some feedback on your decision.
