Contract Eagle Refund Policy

As Contract Eagle offers a free trial of its Software, you do not need to pay any licence fees until you have had an opportunity to test and confirm that the Software meets your requirements. Accordingly, once your Free Trial period has expired and you have purchased a licence for the Software, Contract Eagle will not provide any refund of the licence fee.

Subject to the paragraph above, Contract Eagle is confident in the standard of service it provides. If you are not 100% satisfied with the service you receive, we will either give you a refund or credit you for the same value as the price you paid for that service. However, we can only do this if you inform us within 48 hours of receiving the service.
