The following questions and answers describe how our Direct Support Services work.

 
What are direct support services?

Direct support services are implementation and support services provided directly to you. They may be purchased from the Buy Now page at any stage.

Purchasing a bundle of support services entitles you to download and install the latest version of the Contract Eagle software.

What services are available?

Services available include

  • • answering general queries relating to your Contract Eagle software
  • • investigating and resolving issues relating to your Contract Eagle software
  • • assisting you with the installation of Contract Eagle
  • • helping you to configure contract templates
  • • writing custom queries or reports

  • • integrating Contract Eagle with your other systems

How do I use my direct support allowance?

Simply contact us via our Request Direct Support page or by email at support@contracteagle.com.

Clearly state your customer id number and email address and what it is that you request. We will then contact you shortly to acknowledge your request and provide you with a support request number (ticket number).

Please specify the maximum amount of time you would like us to spend on the request. Each support request commenced by us will incur a minimum of a 1 hour charge. However, we will not spend more than one hour without your prior approval.

At the completion of each support request you are entitled to receive a statement of the balance of support hours remaining on your account.

Who can use direct support services?

Any customer who purchases the direct support services via our Buy Now page.

Anybody conducting a "Free Trial" who needs help installing the software.

Is there an alternative to direct support?

Yes. There are free support options available on this website. You can browse the "how to's" and FAQs and you can browse and ask questions via our support forum.

How do I pay for direct support services?

Use our buy now page at any time to purchase direct support services.
DISCOUNTS ARE AVAILABLE when purchasing a standard support unit (at 4 hours per unit) together with a software licence or by purchasing bulk units (at 20 hours per unit).

What is my account balance?

Please email us at support@contracteagle.com and we will tell you how many hours you have left on your account.

Does my direct support entitlement expire?

Yes, after 2 years.

You may spend your hourly credits for up to 2 years after the date you purchased your hourly credits, at which point any remaining credits will expire.

You may download and install any new versions of Contract Eagle for up to 1 year after the date you purchased your hourly credits.
